I'm thinking to put all my auctions as "Buy It Now," because then I will get immediate payment. How do you feel about this, and what has been your experience?

The info from ebay says, If you have an auction-style listing with Best Offer, bear in mind that:If you receive a bid, current offers and counteroffers will be declined automatically and buyers won't be able to make any additional offers on your item...

How does that work? If a winning bidder does not pay, I opened a UPI report. How does a second chance offer work?

I see some information from eBay about chatroom, wondering if they mean the weekly chat.

Can I find out which sellers a bidder has bought from? Or what the bidder's history is. It is interesting and annoying that a buyer can only receive positive feedback when in fact he has scammed some sellers.
