Ebay closed an unresolved claim.

I registered a complaint about an item I did not receive and did not get a refund. ebay closed the complaint indicating that it was resolved by the seller so I cant resubmit it.

Month long delivery time

I placed an order and then discovered that it will take over a month for it to be delivered. If it were indicated in the order information that it would take this long I would not have ordered it.
