having trouble reading my messages in my ebay?

I cant open my messages to read them.How do I open it?

trying to return an item but the return item form says to ad pictures I do not have.

I am trying to fill out the return item form.It asks me to attach photos.I do not have photos.It is still on the sellers sold items and a picture is in my ebay. I can not finish the return without a photo? Help!
