My listing had 3 of the same item. One buyer bought all three. They want them shipped separately. (Shipping together creates an oversized package.) Will I be able to print three labels?

The payment for my item went through normal channels and is now in my account. The item w/b shipped Monday. The buyer is saying her bank returned her payment and wants me to cancel the sale. Does anyone know if my bank account will be charged or how ...
