Been dealing with a headache of a buyer want to authorize the item to be
held at a terminal, but FedEx won't authorize that without the third
party shipping account number IE: eBay labels. I can't get anyone from
ebay on the phone because of my store...
The delivery address note is an apartment number. I'd like to update the
delivery to have it held at the terminal for pickup. Does anyone know
that process?
I use the ebay rate sheet to ship my packages and am using my FedEx
business account to facilitate a daily pickup. I just looked at my FedEx
account bill, and they are charging me $43.00 dollars a week because I'm
sending less than $75 dollars a week...
That's true. I've pointed the buyer to contacting FedEx and telling them
they want to pick it up at the terminal. Buyer says that it their phone
number is international and then they need the account number to change
it with their email.
I dunno, I bought a much needed part for my dryer from a seller that was
absent after emails and offers. I sent the money and they shipped
quickly. It isn't too difficult to get a refund on an item that never
ships. My two cents.
