I am not paying to return the item where the seller has opportunity to cancel they choose not to cancel and shipped it 5 hours later after I requested a cancelation.

1 Minute after I paid for the item I requested to cancel the purchase they don't do it, 5 hours later seller decided not to cancel, then seller shipped it, now seller ask me tou pay to return it, I am not going to pay where they decided to shipped it...

Seller do not want to refunded.
