Tried using it to buy an item that meets the qualifications and keep
getting this message: "This code can't be applied to your order." It was
supposed to be valid until 6:00PM PT, but I am wondering it is Eastern
Time? Anyone else having this issue?
Just emailed Ebay Conciergie to confirm if this is allowed or not. I am
thinking that Ebay revoked the coupon. However I have the email from
Ebay stating that using a coupon on multiple accounts was allowed.
