No. He was convicted of smuggling items to sell in his business. The
feds caught him while smuggling, and I do not think they bothered to see
how much he had sold before. He runs his business through ebay, etsy,
Amazon, etc. He still runs the busines...
In this instance, in the past, the seller has been convicted in federal
court of smuggling items for his business. I have no information
regarding current ebay sales. Shouldn't ebay just bar such criminals
forever? I am not talking about overcharging...
