Hello Everyone Need some suggestion or advise here I sold an item and
ship via USPS, I did purchase insurance just in case the package lost so
I can have something back. the buyer contacts me said it didn't deliver
4 days later after USPS tracking # ...
I did get the package back. that's why I contact the buyer to refund
him. I just cannot believe he can send the money request, if I accept
and pay. I may end up pay him back.
Another question, after the buyer officially request return and I
denied. I cannot cancel the order to refund him. Do I need to ask him to
re-open it in order to do correct? I mean have record or something after
I received the package.
