I cannot find the phone number to contact Ebay. I've tried all the links in "Help & Contact" & keep getting "page cannot be displayed".This happens with Internet Exployer and Firefox.

Did that. Problem is that the choices Ebay gives us do not properly address the situation. So the bots will throw it out & the fraud continues.
