Where did it go? I see the buyer left positive but I don't know where it was put so I can read it. Before the eBay style change it was right there in the open. I need to see the feedback!

I'm sorry but I fail to see why eBay is entitled to Final Value Fees on shipping. The money I get for shipping IS NOT INCOME. I have to use it for shipping the item I sold. The fee then changes to a penalty because I have nothing to show for the fee....

I have an Unanswered message in my active listings but there are no messages in my message box. i have tried several times to deal with this, including messaging a potential buyer to see if sending the message would clear it up to no avail. Any ideas...
