I have had a "BUG" in my new store from day 1. The current way I must
communicate with Ebay doesn't allow for this problem to get resolved.
How the current system works, leaves me repeating myself for days on end
to Ebay reps unable to fix such a BUG...
Since opening my ebay basic store, it has been a nightmare. I have been
unable to see my listings and after many hours on the phone with reps &
tickets sent in, the store still isn't functioning (going into month 2).

i'm trying to understand why i have a store if ebay is giving non-store
owners free listings in the thousands? it seems to me that just adds
competition for my store, while i pay?
I had this issue for 50 days and over 50 hours on the phone with Ebay
and this poster I believe was the one that actually fixed my issue ---
days later Ebay tech called me for the fix. Thank you community board
members involved fixing part of my issu...
