Hi, An item being delivered to Toronto Canada from Astoria, New York is
sent in the reverse direction to Elanger, Kentucky, now it's in
Vancouver, BC on the other side of the continent, only needing to go all
the way back to the East coast to Toronto...
This has to be the worst thing about eBay, aside from it's and PayPal's
13% cut of the sale... Items shipped through the Global Shipping Program
as first sent to a local hub then onto their destination, often costing
much more than just shipping dire...

Yes it's simple, don't use the global shipping program. It's a royal
pain in the butt for both customers and sellers.
