The option of making a one time payment to pay ebay fees will not work
the past month. I like to pay throughout the month and not wait for the
due date. It won't accept paypal payment, just keeps loading when you
get to that step.
I am very confused by this too! It looks like the buyer in the selected
State is paying tax, but I don't see it added to my Paypal payment
received. So is Ebay keeping their tax paid? I'm just wondering how the
seller would transfer that tax money to...
