How do I place my account on hold. I have been hacked and all my personal information stolen. I cannot do anything until I get a new computer.

Anyone else having a problem conversing with someone from customer service. If so; how did you contact someone? eBay has made it impossible to contact anyone from customer service. Going to the Help and Contact page just turns you around in a circle ...
