Can't save search: "Sorry, we encountered an internal error. Please try again later"

I get this error whenever I try to save a search. The search in question is "Cobra Max Offset Driver". I'm using Chrome browser on Windows 10 (and I get the same error in incognito mode). Any idea how to fix this?
