eBay

Items from china that say, "item has been shipped," but there is no tracking number...is there ANY chance that I'll end up getting it one day? I only ask because ebay has had to help out 5 times, and every time, they gave me a refund because no track...

Item hasn't arrived and seller won't return messages...it was a bid for an item without a picture, not sure if that makes a difference or not...first time I ever bid on an item that didn't have a picture though...
