ACCEPTING NEW OFFERS FROM BUYERS EBAY SCREEN FREEZES

HIWant to accept an offer from buyer, hitting accept button and nothing happening and won't let me contact buyer to let them know i would like to accept their offer. What is happening I know its firework night but this is appalling. Please help.
