For every bid, even under $5.00, my bid increment is $1.00. Did something change or is this another programming error?

Why can't eBay figure things out when it comes to combined shipping for items? As an example, item 223268181444 says combined shipping is available, but if I go to request an invoice, I get a message saying the Seller does not offer combined shipping...

Another programming error - Purchase History

Anyone having problems accessing Purchase History??? If I try it won't load and just spins. I actually try to leave feedback, but again, it's frozen. But the OUTBID pop-ups never seem to be down!

So has anyone been able to search for a user by their id lately??? It's not linked up. It acts like a search for items. But the BIG PROBLEM is the search function. If say I'm in Sports and Memorabilia and search autograph, good. If I want to continue...
