I purchased an item on Nov 29th and was supposed to be delivered in a

I sold a vehicle this morning and the buyer immediately put a deposit
down via PayPal. The item shows, falsely, as completely paid and I
cannot find an option under "actions" to send them an invoice for the
amount remaining unpaid.
