I recently sent a package of books to Canada using the ebay
international shipping service (Glendale Heights, Illinois) and when the
buyer received the package half the books were missing. It appeared ebay
opened the package and resealed it with ebay...
I have several items listed for which I have 3 or 4 watchers, but they
are not showing up in the My Ebay Selling Active section as "send offer
eligible". Can I as a seller initiate an offer to watchers.
When I use the 200 per month free listings, unsold items after 90 days
(buy it now) or 8 weeks (7 day auctions) get automatically relisted and
I am charged an insertion fee. I do not want thjis automatic relisting.
