Buyer wants me to ship to different address then printed out on her label, is this possible?

My bids and offers box is full with over 67 old. Bids and offers that are not related to the present anymore.Does anyone know how to remove them from my account? Some are over 6 months old.I'd appreciate any information regarding this issue ..Really....
