eBay buyer protection pretty much only cover sellers in the event that a
buyer claims the item is not received and the seller has tracking to
prove it was
Are you looking at it via the mobile app? I know the mobile app tends to
make shipping look like it's free. It's a well-known glitch that has
happened for years.
