I tried to return an item to a seller that was not as described only to
be denied because I did not see the physical issue that the seller DID
NOT DESCRIBE! So I opened a report, because this seller broke ebay TOS
by trying to get me to sell the item...
Unfortunately, the seller had a 3 day max return window, and I drove up
from college back home to get the package on that third day. And could
not file. So what do I do if thats the case>?
