Why is someone I blocked months ago still putting bids in again under the same name that is blocked (sincamp57)

Why is it that there is hundreds of German coins and stamps with the eagle holding a swastika on eBay yet I’ve been restricted for the same eagle and swastika on a 1936 german tinnie day badge?im confused
