I sold a tea set which had the address as Oregon. I see in the tracking that Fed Ex had to correct the address. Apparently the person that bought lived in Vietnam. I specifically have my setting to not ship internationally. I end up getting charged 1...

How does one pay for shipping now that ebay sends the money from sold items directly to checking acct? I sold some items and when I went to print label it stated I did not have the money in my accouont.
