I have a buyer who is unhappy with her item. Instead of offering a
refund, I offered to fix the item, free of charge. Now I need to send
her a prepaid shipping label, so she can send the item back. Is there a
way to do that? Thanks.
For the past few days, I haven't been able to reply to any messages on
my Samsung tablet. Can do it on my older Samsung phone though. Is this
just a temporary thing and is it fixable?
Hi! I had to cancel a sale very early this morning, about 6 am mountain
time and it is still processing. How long does it normally take to do
