Every time I select PayPal as my payment method on eBay for a purchase,
it always kicks over to my credit card. I went into my PayPal account
and my balance is set as my preferred payment method so the problem has
to be on the eBay end.
On my blocked bidders list, there are a number of users that are shown
like this: hlMZBS9fQY6@DeletedWhat does this mean and why was the
original listing deleted?
