What is the policy on using an outside agency to authenticate a purchase
after it was received? In other words, can a person open a return
request for an item being "not as decribed" after getting an appraisal
by someone other than ebay?
I see on my Service Metrics page that it shows one sale had a return
request for "item not as described". While the buyer did start a return,
it was cancelled by the buyer and she even left me good feedback. Why is
it still showing on my record?
If a buyer requested a return under the reason "item not as described",
and then agrees that it IS as described and closes the return request,
can they open another return request under the reason "I've changed my
mind"?
