I have successfully setup managed payments, have received funds,
refunded buyers, withdrawn funds etc. HOWEVER, some transactions take

Sold a CD, tracking says it was delivered "in /at mailbox'...now buyer
asking me what should I do (?)Am I supposed to fly across the country
and open a postal/police investigation?....Am I on the hook somehow to
refund him?
This is a new one for me as a member....Shouldn't the seller deal with
the insurance claim,since he has all of the paperwork? Or is it a
combined effort between buyer and seller? My take on the matter would be
to report the item as "paid for but not ...
I called them yesterday from California and the call center was in
Utah...and now even email support is shut down.And the call center has
the ONE ANSWER I need.
