Its another attempt on eBay is part to act like Amazon.technically speaking you're supposed to be able to click the button that says see all buying options and make your choice from there. It looks like eBay has made a glitch of the page though

I believe you're going to have to file a case with PayPal now to get your money back.

Your sales dropping dramatically could have something to do with the number of listings you had pulled recently too

it sounds to me like this is buyer's remorse and if the seller has a no return policy you're up a creek without a paddle
