seller should report the buyer to EBay,too many complaints,Ebay will ban
the buyer from buying as he becomes a hazard to Ebay seller
community,but he can still sell if he is a seller himself.not much else
you can do in your case but to block him.when...
Ebay will extend the time frame a package would arrive and buyer would
not be able to file dispute of INR before that.But it is u p to you
whether you should allow a buyer to place order.
The label you print on Ebay or Paypal does expire in x number of
days,but yu dont have t o ship same day as you indicated on EBAY,most
sellers will ship same or next day or later/It is misleading for EBAY to
