Yes, I could leave the NEGATIVE FEEDBACK that Seller deserves, but I'm a
Seller as well, so I never leave NEGATIVE feedback, I just don't leave
any feedback.
I know the Seller can't be forced to ship the item, I just wanted the
Seller to be on notice to Ebay. What will Ebay do, if that Seller keeps
doing such acts to other Buyers, and they they too report that Seller?
