All of a sudden we find eBay has applied International Shipping Rates
when sending an invoice to a buyer that has an U.S. shipping address,
but is registered on eBay in another country.I.E. The domestic shipping
rate to a buyer's Florida address is $...
Sales are absolutely horrible----Can't even get half decent exposure on
promoted listings unless committing to an excessively high promotional
percentage for eBay, that is well above eBay's "average current rate."
Same issue here, VERY frustrating! When not one thing, it is another.
Ebay would do better if they would stop making constant changes and
concentrate on what exists now.
