For the past week I have been trying to update my account details as requested by ebay and it continues to announce "oops. something went wrong " and when I try again, it still won`t work! Is anybody else having this problem?

I went to post feedback for another seller and was not able to post apropriate feedback for the shipping cost. It said it was automatically 5 stars for free shipping, but the seller clearly charged shipping.(and rather excessive as well) How can this...
