Buyer choose UPS to ship but their paypal address is a PO box.The item is too big to ship VIA USPS.Buyer doesn't respond to emails.What should I do ?

Seller reminders says "I need to leave feedback for 1 item."but I have no items to leave feed back for. It's been this way for a few weeks. Just a glitch in the system or an indication of some bigger problem?
