I paid for an item on April 26th and just received an email saying the
item is not in stock. I thought to sell on ebay ( I have been a member
for 20 years) you had to have the item listed in your possession?
I have recently ran into a lot of listings that say "US Stock" but the
seller is based in China or Hong Kong. I believe the sellers base should
be in the listing to avoid confusion.
I do understand how to "check" on sellers feedback etc. but still
believe that a seller - to be honest- should be required to show in the
listing where they are based primarily, because many use that as a way
to commit fraud to buyers.
