Been on Ebay for 12yrs, I had to move, and Ebay said I have to open a new Ebay Account,

Like it says Ebay told me I have to open a new Ebay Account when you move, and " Loose all my Feedback," anybody else have this trouble when you moved. Everybody on Ebay I talked to said we can't switch your Feedback.

Ebay says the problem should be fixed within 72 hrs. I wondered who screwed this up.
