I don't understand the concept of giving a seller extra free lisitngs
but then not allowing them to be used until my monthly quota is used.
That will leave me with no free listings for the last half of the month.
Is this what happens to everyone?

Selling, and there were the ending dates for all my listings. Still not
sure about whether I can go above my usual 50 listings if all are GTC
but there’s an offer to use extra listings ...
I’ve been left very confused about whether I can add extra promotional
listings offered by ebay if we already have our 50 GTC listings filled.
Can we add additional auction listings, if that is the offer? I’m seeing
no way to know when a GTC listing ...
