I have 2-factor authentication turned on for security, however I would
like an option to remember this browser like you can do with Amazon's
2-factor authentication. It should only prompt for new sign ins if I so
choose.
I am requesting that there is an option for the 2-factor authentication
to remember certain devices so you don't have to authenticate every
single time.

You should have a Your eBay label is ready email, in that email it says
Service Summary and your Liability coverage if you purchased any. This
has helped me because otherwise it doesn't show anywhere else which is
odd.
