I'm a Buyer live in Taiwan. I buy many items from an European seller 2
months ago.But I can NOT receive my items because all the mails had been
sent to China.The seller said there is a "Province of China" being added
to my address shown on eBay page....
I open an eBay store on eBay.com and place many items in store, all with
setting "ship to worldwide".But a Germany buyer just see "zero item". He
can find items in all other stores but not mine. why?
The non-receipt item only happen 1-3 buyers per year during the
Covid-time. I don't think this the reason.My Seller level is evaluated
