I am a small dealer, and I only list my eBay earnings as money from a hobby. How can I find a tally of all my sales during 2021?

A buyer has defaulted and refuses to pay for his high-bid win. I have cancelled him--but as I recall there is a way to offer the item to the next-highest bidder. Can anyone tell me how to do that?
