Buyer breaks item and wants a refund. Also tells EBay that there was a missing part

Buyer obviously breaks the item you sold them and tells eBay that there’s a missing adapter that was never a part of the sale. No refunds to honest sellers, only refunds to dishonest buyers. They can say anything and get a refund.
