YES! I am! This JUST Started Yesterday, June 8th. 2020.AND I can't seem
to call anyone to ask them what to do? It's like they don't seem to care
about "US" the ones that KEEP E-Bay in EXISTANCE!THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Needs to fix their problems ASAP!...
