A buyer backs out of paying for 38 lots after I waited for a week for
payment? He then leaves negative feedback for me? Something is wrong
with the system!
I've has several non paypay buyers lately. Does a seller have any
recourse besides filing a non-buyer report? When I sold on Ebay several
years ago I was able to leave negative feedback. That doesn't seem to be
