I sold an item to a buyer in Canada.Sent the item via Priority Mail to
Global Shipping International.Global then charge me $670.00.I do not
know why a shipping company chargesfor a packaged bought in Canada.Why
can't a seller just used the USPS?
I have lost all of my scheduled listing and cannot relist any.I can get
my active listings but cannot relist anything.Have tried to contact eBay
by phone only to get Wells Fargo.
