I purchased a $100 EBay gift card. I made one $12 purchase & then EBay blocked my card. They requested I send photo’s of the card, purchase receipt, member user name… etc….. I sent them all requested info & my gift card is still blocked for no reason...

I fixed issue myself. EBay technical support was no help.
