If a seller was removed from ebay after you paid for an item and it
hasnt been shipped, why do you have to wait to receive a refund and help
from ebay?
I recently received a refund for an item that was not what I ordered
(wrong size was sent) the seller said I need to get ebay to refund the
shipping I was charged through ebay returned items. How can I go about
that?
