I bought three different things from three different sellers. I bought other stuffs before with no problem with paypal. But this three sellers I can't seem to get through, what is the problem?

I just bought two things no problem with paypal as both went through. I am having problem with other 3 things that I won my bids. Those three things just won't go through as it keeps showing payment pending...it still shows pay... I have contact sell...

Where can I find phone number to call ebay about the seller won't complete the sale? I need the number so I can call them through relay service.

I won the bid, I pay but it shows payment pending and I tried contact the seller few times. It been four days. I still click pay and still showing payment pending.
