Any updates on this?? Are we still required to have a ca reseller
permit? Especially if we sold items before October? This is so confusing
because all the Nexus lawsuits began in January 2019.

This is super confusing...I am also based out in San Jose, CA. I started
selling in 2019 and did not obtain a permit or EIN. Will I still need to
obtain these items for filing taxes?? Or do I simply use what eBay will
submit to me for 2019 taxes?
